- The exchange is located at VTC's machine room at 65 Lac Trung, Hanoi, which is connected via the Public Internet network infrastructure
- Terminal equipment at the customer's location: Internet and has an internal LAN network (switch and network cable) to ensure high quality and stability, IP-phone or computer desk phone, or smartphone
